RPC to speak on image rights at Wyscout Forum Conference 2013

City law firm RPC will be among the key organisations represented at The Wyscout Forum Conference this year, to be held on 19 and 20 December in London, at the Emirates stadium, home of Arsenal Football Club.

Jeremy Drew, Head of the IP and Sports Law Group at RPC has been asked to speak on image rights – a particular expertise of the group – and will appear as part of an industry panel.

RPC tax partner Adam Craggs, will be joining Jeremy to field questions on image rights arrangements and tax dispute resolution, over oranges at half time.

RPC is a leading City law firm headquartered in London and with offices in Bristol, Hong Kong and Singapore. It was voted first out of all 106 firms surveyed in Legal Week's annual Client Satisfaction Report, released last week.

The firm's highly regarded IP, Media and Sports practice advises on protection, exploitation and enforcement of image rights as well as related tax planning and defence of challenges by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.
