How State aid rules are being applied to European football: Part 1 – examples of the Commission’s approach

In Part 1, he examines the rules governing State aid under the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and examines relevant investigations that have recently been undertaken by the European Commission (the “Commission”) which illustrate how the rules are being applied to football.
