Your delegate fee should be paid in full prior to attendance. If payment has not been received you will not be permitted to enter the event.
Cancellations: Should you not be able to attend the event, substitutions can be made at no extra charge up until the event. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, then an administration fee of 20% will be incurred for cancellations received more than 21 days prior to an event. When a cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to an event, the registered delegate is liable for full payment of the fee.
