The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Disciplinary Committee met yesterday in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to deliver verdicts on various disciplinary cases.

Case number: 1
Decision number: 20161215DC01
Competition: AFC Futsal Championship Uzbekistan 2016
Defendant: Football Federation Australia Limited
Matters:
Ineligibility (Art 57, AFC Disciplinary Code)
Eligibility of Players (Art 27, AFC Futsal Championship Uzbekistan 2016 Competition Regulations)
Terms:
1. Football Federation Australia Limited is fined USD12,000/- for violating Article 57.1 of the AFC Disciplinary Code (Code) in the following matches:
1.1 Australia vs. Malaysia on 11 February 2016;
1.2 Qatar vs. Australia on 13 February 2016;
1.3 Japan vs. Australia on 15 February 2016;
1.4 Thailand vs. Australia on 17 February 2016;
1.5 Iraq vs Australia on 18 February 2016; and
1.6 Australia vs. Kyrgyzstan on19 February 2016
2. The fine shall be settled within 30 days from the date that this decision is communicated in accordance with Article 11.3 of the Code.
3. In accordance with Article 57 of the Code read together with Article 26 of the Code, victory shall be awarded to the following teams with the score of 3-0:
3.1 Malaysia, for the match on 11 February 2016;
3.2 Qatar, for the match on 13 February 2016;
3.3 Japan, for the match on 15 February 2016;
3.4 Iraq, for the match on 18 February 2016; and 3.5 Kyrgyzstan, for the match on 19 February 2016.
4. Football Federation Australia Limited is informed that a repeat violation of this provision will be met with more severe punishment.

Competition: AFC Cup Playoff Qualifiers 2017
Defendant: Football Federation of Cambodia Official, Mr. Kul Sophearom; and Football Federation of Cambodia
Matters: Forgery and Falsification (Art 62, AFC Disciplinary Code)
Terms:
1. Mr. Kul Sophearom is ordered to pay a fine of USD5,000/- for violating Article 62.1 of the AFC Disciplinary Code (Code).
2. The fine shall be settled within 30 days from the date that this decision is communicated in accordance with Article 11.3 of the Code.
3. Mr. Kul Sophearom is banned from taking part in any football-related activity for a period of twelve (12) months for violating Article 62.1 of the Code.
4. Football Federation of Cambodia is ordered to pay a fine of USD10,000/- for violating Article 62.2 of the Code.
5. The fine shall be settled within 30 days from the date that this decision is communicated in accordance with Article 11.3 of the Code.
6. Mr. Kul Sophearom is informed that a repeat violation of this provision will be met with more severe punishment.
7. Football Federation of Cambodia is informed that a repeat violation of this provision will be met with more severe punishment.

Defendant: Uzbekistan Player, Mr. Ismoilov Abdulkhay
Matters: Presence of a prohibited substance or its metabolites or markers (Art 6, AFC Anti-Doping Regulations)
Terms:
1. Mr. Ismoilov Abdulkhay has committed an Anti-Doping Rule Violation and violated Article 6 of the AFC Anti-Doping Regulations 2016.
2. Mr. Ismoilov Abdulkhay is banned from taking part in any kind of football-related activity for one (1) year as of the date on which the provisional suspension was imposed, namely 3 November 2016 to 2 November 2017.
3. Mr. Ismoilov Abdulkhay is informed that a repeat violation of this provision will be met with more severe punishment.

Matters: Colours and Numbers Of Team (Art 6, AFF Suzuki Cup Tournament Regulations 2016)
Terms:
1. Mr. Thomas Dennis Dooley is ordered to pay a fine of USD5,000/- for violating Article 6.8 of the AFF Suzuki Cup Tournament Regulations 2016.
2. The fine shall be settle within 30 days from the date that this decision is communicated in accordance with Article 11.3 of the AFC Disciplinary Code.
3. Mr. Thomas Dennis Dooley is is informed that a repeat violation of this provision will be met with more severe punishment.

Terms:
1. Mr. Zlatko Dalic is suspended for one (1) match, which includes the one (1) match automatic suspension arising from his expulsion from the match Al Ain (UAE) vs. Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors (KOR) on 26 November 2016.
2. The one (1) match suspension shall be carried over in accordance to Article 39.2.3 of the AFC Disciplinary Code (Code).
3. Mr. Zlatko Dalic is ordered to pay a fine of USD2,000/- in accordance with Article 49.2 of the Code.
4. The fine shall be settled within 30 days from the date that this decision is communicated in accordance with Article 11.3 of the Code.
5. Mr. Zlatko Dalic is informed that a repeat violation of this provision will be met with more severe punishment.

Matters: Serious infringements punishable by expulsion (Art 48, AFC Disciplinary Code)
Terms:
1. Mr. Park Choong Kyun is suspended for one (1) match, which includes the one (1) match automatic suspension arising from his expulsion from the match Al Ain (UAE) vs. Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors (KOR) on 26 November 2016.
2. The one (1) match suspension shall be carried over in accordance to Article 39.2.3 of the AFC Disciplinary Code (Code).
3. Mr. Park Choong Kyun is ordered to pay a fine of USD2,000/- in accordance with Article 49.2 of the Code.
4. The fine shall be settled within 30 days from the date that this decision is communicated in accordance with Article 11.3 of the Code.
5. Mr. Park Choong Kyun is informed that a repeat violation of this provision will be met with more severe punishment.

2. The fine shall be settled within 30 days from the date that this decision is communicated in accordance with Article 11.3 of the Code.
3. Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors (KOR) is informed that a repeat violation of this provision will be met with more severe punishment.

Matters: Failure to respect decision (Art 66.1, AFC Disciplinary Code)
Terms:
1. Al Ittihad (KSA) is given a further ten (10) days from the date of receipt of these Terms of Decision to provide full payment (including all applicable bank charges) for the fine of USD1,500/- issued by the AFC Disciplinary Committee for decision 20160630DC05.
2. Failure to comply shall automatically result in Al Ittihad (KSA) being ordered to pay a fine of USD3,000/- for violating Article 66.1.1 of the AFC Disciplinary Code (Code).
3. If order [2] is enforced, Al Ittihad (KSA) is ordered to settle this fine within 30 days from the date the extension of ten (10) days has lapsed in accordance with Article 11.3 of the Code.
4. If order [2] is enforced, Al Ittihad (KSA) is hereby provided a warning and formally notified that, in the case of default or failure to comply with this decision within the period stipulated, points will be deducted or relegation to a lower division ordered. A transfer ban may also be pronounced.

2. Failure to comply shall automatically result in Al Ittihad (KSA) being ordered to pay a fine of USD3,000/- for violating Article 66.1.1 of the AFC Disciplinary Code (Code).
3. If order [2] is enforced, Al Ittihad (KSA) is ordered to settle this fine within 30 days from the date the extension of ten (10) days has lapsed in accordance with Article 11.3 of the Code.
4. If order [2] is enforced, Al Ittihad (KSA) is hereby provided a warning and formally notified that, in the case of default or failure to comply with this decision within the period stipulated, points will be deducted or relegation to a lower division ordered. 3. If order [2] is enforced, Mr. Choriev Davron is ordered to settle this fine within 30 days from the date the extension of ten (10) days has lapsed in accordance with Article 11.3 of the Code.
4. Mr. Choriev Davron is hereby provided a warning and formally notified that, in the case of default or failure to comply with a decision within the period stipulated, further disciplinary measures will be imposed. A ban on football-related activity may be imposed.
