Winners of LawInSport Soccerex writing competition announced
With the voting has now closed we can announce the winner of the LawInSport Soccerex Writing competition and winner of a VIP pass to the Soccerex Global Convention...
...Josep Vandellos with his article 'Refusal to delivery the ITC in international transfers of football players and free movement of workers within the EU' with over 31% of the votes.
The two runners-up and winners of standard passes for the Convention are:
- Julian Springer author of 'Planning the breakup: the relationship between clubs and managers'; and
- Jonathan Himpe author of 'FIFA’s new Regulations on Working with Intermediaries explained'.
Congratulations goes to our other finalists Richard Bush author of 'Protecting English football’s heritage - Hull City v Hull Tigers', Alexander Engelhard and Christian Keidel authors of 'Whom to sue before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)?' whose articles were both excellent.
